- A Highball Glass
One Part Campari - 25ml
One Part Sweet Vermouth - 25ml
Top Up with Sparkling Wine
- Cubed Ice & Wedge of Orange
One Part Campari - 25ml
One Part Sweet Vermouth - 25ml
Top Up with Sparkling Wine
- Cubed Ice & Wedge of Orange
Similar to the classic Americano but with the addition of Sparking Wine. Pour one part Campari into a chilled highball glass, add in one part Sweet Vermouth & top a splash of Sparking Wine leaving room for a good amount of ice. Stir to mix & garnish with a wedge of fresh orange. Enjoy!
