Cocktail Selection - How to Make a Manhattan Cocktail

Pour two parts Rye Whiskey into a mixing vessel, followed by one part Sweet Vermouth then add in a couple of dashes of Angostura Bitters. Add ice in to chill and dilute the drink, keep tasting it whilst stirring to make sure it is chilled but not allowing it to be watered down too much, this should take around 20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled Coupette or Martini Glass along with a cherry for garnish and enjoy!


Ingredients
A Chilled Coupette or Martini Glass
Two Parts Rye Whiskey - 50ml
One Part Sweet Vermouth - 25ml
Two Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Cherry to Garnish
