Pour two parts Bourbon Whiskey into a rocks glass, add in 1 tea spoon of sugar syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water) followed by a couple of dashes of Angostura Bitters. Top up the glass with ice and stir, this will chill and slightly dilute the drink. Keep tasting it whilst stirring to make sure it is chilled but not allowing it to be watered down, this should take around 10 seconds.
Top up with a little more ice & garnish with the zest of an orange. Enjoy!
