Pour two parts Bourbon Whiskey into a cocktail shaker, add in one part or 25ml of fresh lemon juice, one part / 25ml of sugar syrup (homemade - 1 part sugar to 1 part water) and a small handful of mint leaves. Top up the shaker with ice and shake it up for around 10 seconds.
Serve in a rocks glass over ice, pouring the mixture into the glass using a strainer. Garnish with a small sprig of mint. Enjoy!
